A Space for Future Generations - Riyadh Najed School’s Refined Auditorium Experience
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s educational landscape is rapidly evolving, with institutions embracing innovative design and technology to build world-class learning environments. Founded in 1995, Riyadh Najed School stands as a prestigious educational institution in the heart of the capital, committed to academic excellence and holistic student development.

At the heart of this vision is the school’s auditorium — a vibrant hub for academic ceremonies, cultural performances, and community gatherings. The space plays a central role in nurturing intellectual growth, artistic expression, and cultural appreciation among students and staff alike.

Where Elegance, Comfort, and Sustainability Converge
For the auditorium’s first row, the Quinette Gallay K1 seat was chosen for distinguished guests and senior officials. Established in 1947, Quinette Gallay has delivered over 5,000 installations worldwide, representing 75 years of European craftsmanship and innovation.

In the front row VIP section, the K1 model was specified without writing tables. It features a refined trapezoidal back panel that aligns seamlessly with the seat structure, balancing visual harmony with durability. Upholstered in GRS-certified recycled polyester fabric, the K1 reflects Riyadh Najed School’s commitment to sustainability — offering a luxurious fink5ish while minimizing environmental impact.

Built for Comfort, Designed for Efficiency
The remainder of the auditorium features the Wrimatic FT12 model, finished in two complementary grey tones that add depth and sophistication to the space — a reflection of the school’s modern, forward-looking ethos. A standout feature is the A3-sized Wrimatic writing tablet, equipped with a precision-engineered triangular swivel joint that allows for smooth, single-motion deployment and stowing.

Durability was paramount. Educational environments demand furniture that can endure heavy, repeated use — from students leaning or sitting on surfaces to equipment placement. The Wrimatic tablet’s writing surface is rigorously tested to support loads up to 240 kg, demonstrating exceptional strength and longevity. This proven design has been implemented in more than 20,000 units across major Saudi institutions, including King Faisal University and King Saud bin Abdulaziz University. Inclusivity is also integral to the design: unlike many traditional models, the Wrimatic tablet accommodates both left- and right-handed users, ensuring comfort and usability for all students.

Ergonomic refinement extends to the seat pan itself. Its trapezoidal shape, wider at the back and tapering at the front, allows students to tuck their feet comfortably beneath them — creating more legroom and facilitating easier passage through rows. This form also reduces pressure on the thighs, improving circulation and concentration during long sessions.

A Space for Growth and Inspiration
The renovation of Riyadh Najed School’s auditorium symbolizes more than aesthetic enhancement; it represents a deeper investment in the future. By integrating the Wrimatic FT12 and K1 seating solutions, the school has created a modern, functional, and welcoming space — one that fosters collaboration, celebration, and lifelong learning for generations to come.
