DAMMAM, SAUDI ARABIA – Ferco Seating, a global leader in spectator seating solutions, is excited to announce its selection for a transformative project at the Aramco Stadium in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The company will install 45,494 seats from its acclaimed ARC family, setting the stage for an enhanced fan experience at this architectural masterpiece.

The Aramco Stadium is designed to accommodate 47,000 spectators, expandable to 55,000 for concerts and special events. Its stunning spiral architecture draws inspiration from the mesmerizing whirlpools of the Arabian Gulf, positioning it as a hallmark of modern design. This venue is part of a broader master plan that includes training fi elds, parks, fan zones, retail spaces, and comprehensive support facilities—creating a vibrant hub for sports and entertainment. As a premier venue for international events, the stadium is set to host the 2027 AFC Asian Cup and matches during the 2034 FIFA World Cup. Post-World Cup, it will also serve as thehome ground for a professional football club Al Qadsiah FC, further solidifying its importance in the region's sporting landscape.

Ferco Seating was chosen for this prestigious project due to its longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality, comfortable, and durable seating solutions. The ARC family of seats selected for the stadium includes ARC Lite Plus, featuring high backs for enhanced comfort in general seating areas, and ARC One, designed specifically for media and press rooms with upholstered pads. These ergonomically crafted seats ensure superior comfort while being engineered for durability and low maintenance—perfectly suited to withstand the demands of a bustling stadium environment. In addition to this landmark project in Saudi Arabia, Ferco's ARC seats have also been selected for another prestigious undertaking at FC Barcelona's Spotify Camp Nou, where 90,000 seats are currently being installed and expected to be completed by mid-year.

Looking ahead, Ferco is excited to announce plans for local manufacturing of seating in Saudi Arabia. This initiative aligns with the country’s 2030 Vision and the governing body Local Content Government Procurement Authority aims to support local economies while catering to upcoming stadium projects across the Kingdom.

The Aramco Stadium project is slated for completion by 2026.
